I would like to learn how to speak Korean. What is the easiest/best way to learn how to speak/understand Korean with out having to take a class?

There are many websites where you can learn Korean by exchanging languages or taking free lessons, such as italki.com, sharedtalk.com, and livemocha.com. And you can make use of online resources that can help you learn Korean.
