how much time should be taken by person ,normally?
please write the some books name & on line site which help to learn,i am indian

I gave this answer to an almost identical question before:

Ideally, you want to chat as much as possible with other, fluent, speakers of English.

Barring that, listening to podcasts (the BBC have some great ones!), shadowing, and chatting online are all great ways to improve your fluency.

I’ve always found that trying to ‘think’ in a second language as much as possible helps. Inventing conversations, imagining how you would say this or that in English, and generally talking to yourself may all be signs of being slightly mad, but they’re also very helpful.

Still, my number one advice is to talk to English speakers as much as possible (in as many contexts as possible, too)

If you spend an hour day or more, you’ll improve remarkably quickly. I’d expect you to be very good within a year, especially if you manage to spend time in an English speaking country.

Have a friend teach you, or loved one… it depends on how dedicated you are and how many questions you ask.

My Fiance knew about 60 Percent when we got together a year and a half ago, and he would always ask questions, How do you say this"? how do you say that? what is the right way to say this? how do you spell this? and whenever he would make a mistake I would correct him and tell him how it was said and spelt, if I ever said anything he did not understand, I would explain it to him, so he understood it and was able to use it himself, Now a Year and a Half later he has jumped from the 60 Percent to at least 90.. He understands most of what I say, I used to have to talk slow for him to understand well, Now I can talk normally and sometimes fast and he understands pretty well.

Watch a lot of american movies or english movies as long as the audio is in English.
Read a lot of books too.
It doesn’t matter at first if you don’t understand some of the words,
If you read books and watch movies. The expressions and phrases used in the book will be made clear and better understood in movies.
I learned to speak english fluently by doing the above.
Also talk with people in english or chat with others in english. It will strengthen your english.
People are different but for me books and movies first, talking with people comes second or never.
