How much of the world’s population speak a european language as their mother tongue?

Out Of:
A) 31%
B) 29%
C) 26%

If you take English, Spanish & Portuguese as an example, then you have " America, Canada, United kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa as English" and the vast majority of "South America, Puerto Rico and Cuba as Spanish & Portuguese, Spain & Portugal, and a good chunk of the american population who speak Spanish.
so I would guess that European is about 25% with Mandarin at 40% and Hindu at 28%. Fill in the remainder however you can.
