Babies in India

After coming back from India last year my daughter was born and I remember thinking about it while walking up on a mountain here in colorado about the fact that in India no one walks around with Baby prams at all. Well, I honestly do not know about the cities but I do know that up north near the Himaleya mountains there is no use for them at all because of the steep trails they would only be a burden. While walking in those trails you can see many women carrying their babies using different baby carriers, and at a very early age children start to climb the mountains on their own.
