*Okay this question’s getting asked a lot so just to be clear: I play the Joker, and I play Batman. Same guy. I did everything except punch myself in the face, which came compliments of my friend Robert (I think you can see how much he enjoyed it). Thank you all for watching.

How do you feel about the gift of speaking in tongues as described in the Bible?
I was of the opinion that speaking in tongues was a valid gift of the Holy Spirit that should only be used in the presence of another who has the gift of interpreting tongues. However, apparently others feel free to speak in tongues whenever. What do you think of this?
"Tongues" just means other languages in the correctly translated bible. The ignorant believers think it’s writhing and gibbering unintelligibly. That’s not a gift, it’s a scam. Getting back to the core of the belief–to preach the gospel to others who don’t speak the same language as you. Not the twists and spin they put on it about talking to angels, talking to god, etc., trying to make it more fun and interesting. Tongues is preaching the gospel to human beings on the earth. Everything else is part of an act.
Would anyone, I mean seriously, watch someone roll their eyes back, gibber and keen, jerk around, and say, "Yeah, I want to be part of your holy gospel?"

What Spanish speaking country should I apply to teach English in?
I’m planning to get my TESL certificate soon because my dream is work abroad in Latin America and teach English. I’ve only been to Mexico many times and I absolutely love it there, right now it is my first choice. However, which other countiees would you recommend? I know intermmediate
Spanish which is I prefer to work in a spanish speaking country. Thanks !
Latin America is a very diverse continent, with different cuisine, architecture, culture, and landscapes. You will enjoy a very tropical experience in places like Costa Rica or Mexico, and bare with the cold during the winter in Argentina or Chile. Wages are similar in every country. Speaking as a Christian it is difficult for me to forgive others who do me wrong?
Speaking as Christian it is difficult and or takes me a long time to forgive others for what they’ve done to me. How can i become a better forgiver?
i don’t know what to tell you, except to pray about it. i tend to let things go right after they happen. i don’t know for sure how i got to be this way…lol. i don’t usually stay mad for long and don’t really hold grudges. maybe that’s it… i can’t stand animosity and always try to resolve conflicts immediately. i tend to fret if i have angry feelings over something… and i hate that, so i give it to the Lord. the Bible teaches that we should pray for our enemies.
now, having said all that, i still struggle with forgiving the scum who murdered my brother-in-law.
. it happened 10 years ago and even though i’ve prayed for him many times, sometimes those hateful feelings still surface. he’s shown no remorse. i know that shouldn’t matter, but he’s such a skanky scumbag. he tried to grab a cop’s gun after his guilty verdict. my husband said that was just so the guys in prison (who saw him on the news and knew he was coming to prison) would be afraid of him. maybe that’s what it was. i don’t know, he’s an angry, vicious person who also threatened my husband in the courtroom. he was happy that he killed my brother-in-law. i know i’m wrong for feeling this way about him. maybe some day i won’t feel this way anymore, but i don’t want him to go to heaven. i want him to be punished eternally
. sometimes i think i’ve forgiven him, and then i realize i haven’t. it’s hard.

What is the punishment for speaking ill of the government in Japan?
Are their any laws that prohibit speaking ill of people in the Japanese Government? If so, what are they? What can and can’t you say? How are the Japanese attitudes about politics?
There are no laws against criticising the government here in Japan…! (Just as well from a personal point of view!!!) But if you accused a politician (or anyone else) of a crime he or she didn’t commit I expect you’d be breaking the law …!
Japanese people are, on the whole, utterly, totally, and completely INDIFFERENT to politics! There’s not a lot of choice you see … they’re ALL appalling scumbags! Why would anyone get excited and rush off to vote??!
Well, to be honest, SOME people care about politics … the people who belong to the various political parties! You can spot their homes easily, because they have portrait election posters in their windows all year round!
