Alot of people say that you can, and alot of people say that you can’t. IF I start learning to drive (I am 14) will I get myself or my parent in trouble that is teaching me to drive? Basically I just want someone to tell me if it is legal for me to start learning how to drive at the age of 14? If it is legal please provide information on rules and regulations. And if it is not legal please provide the consequences that may apply to me or the person teaching me to drive. Thank You!
Maybe if your parents let you drive on a private parking lot…after closing time. Definitely not on a public street or highway. See site below. It is the Florida HSMV website and it says you have to be 15 to get your Lerner’s License. Just give it one more year and you can drive with your parents legally on the street.

What are you learning now or are your finished learning? Did you grow up using a computer or take a class or buy one & use the tutorials? Tell us how you learned & if you don’t mind tell your age….I am 50 & I used to use one to sell auto & home insurance & I used the internet but just started to learn Microsoft word by tutorials. I also use e-mail but I feel like I am overwhelmed or a slow learner.
When I was about 40, I asked my secretary to so how me, but she was pretty intimidating , and made me feel stupid. Besides, I never had to use it. I always was afraid that I might break something and get into trouble. One day when she was out and nobody was available to help me. I had to answer questions and do a critique completely in 2 hours. I panicked, but some of the things she showed me came back into my memory, I completed the report on time and felt very proud of myself. Ever since I have used computers,Google, go onto the internet and participate in Y/A. I must confess however that I am somewhat addicted, and isolated because I spend lots of time now on the computer. I would like to learn now, how to cut and paste, Excel programming, transferring website info for my questions, and how to use the income tax programs.

Maybe to start you could talk about how some people in countries (typically African) can’t afford education and therefore jobs are very limited, mostly farming. They only produce primary resources (raw materials that don’t sell for much money) because their education is unaffordable or poor.
Then you are away! Because after that, you can say something about how we are lucky because we are a developed country with good standards of education.
Tip if you get stuck on development: HDI (Human Development Index) which is an indication for every country in the world of how developed it is.

I plan on renting a Canon 40D sometime at the end of this month. Currently I use a Canon Digital Rebel XT. I was wondering is there a big learning difference between the two camera? What is on the 40D that I have to learn that is not on the digital rebel? I plan on shooting in manual and in raw.
No, I don’t think you will have too much trouble finding your way around the 40D. If you know how to use the XT…then the 40D is just a step or two up (updated features, and menu etc).
